Senator Olson requested that the reconsideration on SENATE BILL                                     
NO. 88 be taken up. The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration.                              
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 88 "An                                      
Act relating to metropolitan planning organizations and to                                          
establishment of a metropolitan planning organization for the                                       
Anchorage metropolitan area; and providing for an effective date" pass                              
the Senate?"
